In 1982, three unemployed Ukiahans borrowed $30,000 from their parents and started Ukiah Paper Supply, Inc. After a rough start, with the three founders getting situated and learning everything about the paper trade, they were able to turn the company into a booming business and a leader in the industry. Today, thanks to our customers, our business and our employees' committed service, Ukiah Paper Supply, Inc. consists of 9 employees with annual sales over $1.5 million.

One of the things that helped us through the start-up years was a policy of listening to customer and employee suggestions. Many recommendations on pricing or product changes were implemented and resulted as a win-win for everyone. We still observe this policy and welcome your suggestions. We are committed to our customers and are willing to be flexible and accommodating to meet their needs.
